Foreword: Welcome to OpenFiles Desktop—the software developed by me personally (hereinafter referred to as “this software”). Unless you actively use specific features that require an internet connection (e.g., online format conversion—which will prompt you for explicit confirmation before any upload), your file content will never be transmitted to any server.
• Basic Device Information: To ensure proper software operation (e.g., device compatibility), we collect essential anonymous device identifiers (such as a UUID, which is not linked to your personal identity), operating system version, application version number, and crash/error logs.

2. Product Optimization Data (Analytics/Telemetry):

To enhance the user experience (e.g., identifying the most frequently used features to prioritize improvements), we integrate third-party analytics services (such as Umeng+ and Google Analytics). These tools collect anonymized user behavior data, including:

• Click Events: Which buttons or UI elements are tapped/clicked.
• Feature Usage Frequency and Duration: How often and how long specific features are used.
• Performance Metrics: Page or operation load times.
• Format Usage Statistics: Frequency of use for different file formats.

Please note: This data is not associated with your personal identity by default and is used solely for aggregate trend analysis. For details on how these third-party services handle data in compliance with privacy regulations, please refer to their official privacy policies.

I will only collect data that is strictly necessary to maintain and improve this software.
