Print and export

Print active content or export it to another supported format.

Print the active content

  1. Switch to the file you want to print and check its name.
  2. Choose Print from the File menu, or press ⌘P on macOS / Ctrl+P on Windows.
  3. Review pages, orientation, paper size, and scale before confirming. Available options depend on the tool and system print dialog.

Export another format

Each tool provides its own export options. For example, the Markdown editor can export HTML, DOCX, or PDF. Choose a format and destination, wait for completion, and open the output to inspect it.

Exporting creates output separately from saving the Markdown source. Keep the source so you can continue editing.

PSD Editor can export PNG or JPEG composites and a PNG of the selected layer. Save the layered PSD separately to continue editing. See PSD editing and export.

Check the output

Pay particular attention to page breaks and cropping in long tables, diagrams, and large images. If pages are missing or blank, record the tool, source format, output format, and app version. Follow Report a problem with a reproducible sample.
