Three everyday workflows

Compare two documents

1. Open the first file from Hub.
2. Enable Split View, focus the right pane, and open the second file from Hub.
3. Resize the divider, read on one side, and take notes on the other.
4. Save the notes, close the split, and check the tabs.

Check: both filenames are correct and your notes survive reopening. See Split View.

Prepare an image batch

1. Put practice images in a separate folder and retain originals.
2. Connect input, conversion, and output; test one image.
3. Check dimensions and transparency, then configure batch input and extension filters.
4. Output to a different folder and review successes, failures, and counts.

Read with evidence

1. Choose a file suitable for sending to the model and open file chat.
2. Select a model and request conclusions with supporting passages.
3. Open the original in the workspace to verify each conclusion.
4. Put verified information in your notes instead of treating the answer as automatically factual.
