Word, presentations, and OFD

Choose a viewer

Use Hub to open Docx Viewer, PPTX Viewer, or OFD Viewer and select a suitable file. Format support differs from full office-suite compatibility. Opening a document does not establish support for macros, every animation, or complex editing.

Read and inspect

For DOCX and OFD, check page layout and fonts. For PPTX, navigate slides and inspect available notes and media controls. If wrapping or layout differs, check installed fonts and the file’s origin.

Inspect exported output

Review pagination before printing. After exporting or converting, inspect the first and last pages, tables, images, and any required notes. Use only editing and output functions the selected tool provides; keep the original and use its authoring software for unsupported edits.
